Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, please note that we currently cannot ship to some remote areas in Asia and a few other regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance Items (as marked on product pages)
  • Accessories (including Color Rings)
  • Opened or used hair products
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for approval. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship the package to our returns center at:

  5. Keep your tracking information until your return is processed.

Important Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement (processing times may vary by financial institution)
  • For PayPal payments, refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours

Exchange Processing

If you’re exchanging an item:

  • We will ship your new item once the return is received and inspected
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.

International Returns

For international customers:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • International returns may take longer to process due to customs and shipping times
