Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. Please note that all returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance Items (as marked on product pages)
  • Accessories (including Color Rings)
  • Opened or used hair products
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
